Develop a high performing team of Business Advocates and Team Leads. Become a product expert with effective communication skills while also maximizing your earning potential. Work closely with your team as the local sales manager in your area and assist the company with the recruitment process to optimize growth.

Our Hiring Process

We are always looking to grow our sales organization with top notch sales talent with an extra sense of grit. A sales career at Get Beyond is hard work—we won’t sugarcoat it. And while it’s not for everyone, those who are ready for a challenge, who are ready to hustle, will thrive here. Just because you apply does not mean a phone interview will be scheduled. Get Beyond is a place for top performers and we are very selective on who we interview and hire. We get a large number of applicants. Depending on bandwidth, it takes a few days for us to get back to you. If you are selected to move on to the next step of the process, you will be contacted to set up a phone conversation. This will be a 20-30-minute conversation with a Get Beyond recruiter or hiring manager.

After your phone interview is complete and if we feel you are a good fit, you will have a video or in person interview with the local hiring manager and the regional leader. The interview can vary in time, but could take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on questions. In some cases, we may schedule a second interview.
